Terms & conditions governing the entry into, and use of facilities at, the GRS Fantasy Park



General:The GRS Park (herein after called 'thePark') has come into existence with a view to provide education,adventure and relaxation to all those who wish to use its games, gadgets, facilities and theme equipments in an environment which permits, recognises and encourages individuals, groups and families to have a funfilled time (herein after called the 'VISITOR') while they are in the Park.

No efforts are spared by the Management to make its facilities safe to use and towards this end, the Management of the Park (herein after called the 'MANAGEMENT' has drawn the following guidelines, rules, terms & conditions that every visitor to the Park is required to follow not only in the interest of that particular person/group but also in the interest of all those who wish to enjoy the Park peacefully and in a safe environment. Kept in focus is also the consideration that the environment in the park is maintained most eco friendly and user-friendly. These guidelines, terms & conditions and rules form the basis of the legal relationship between the Management and Visitors to the Park.

1.Park Timings:
a.The Park is kept open on all days of the week. In the unlikely event of a shut-down/closure for major repairs/maintenance, the same will be notified in advance.
b.The Park is open to public from 10.30 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. every day, without break and upto 7:30 PM on Sundays and National holidays.During summer the park is open upto 7:30 PM on Saturday also. However, the management has the right to change operating hours based on special circumstances or seasonal consideration.

2.Entry:
a.Entry to the Park is only on making payment of the prescribed fees and obtaining the necessary ticket/token or on production of the individual/group/ family/corporate identity card.
b.The ticket/token/identity card are to be retained by the person concerned from the time of entry till they withdraw from the Park finally. It has to be shown on demand to the authorised representatives of the Management. If the tickets/tokens/identity cards are lost, destroyed or rnutilated beyond recognition, the Management may, at their sole discretion require such Visitor/s to withdraw from the park instantly till fresh ones are substituted.
c.Entry to the Park is through authorised/specified gates/entrances only.
d.There may be a security check including frisking at the gates.

3. Daily Tickets:

a.The tickets are valid only for the day for which they are issued.
b.The tickets once purchased, are not refundable or transferable.
c.Tickets can be booked against payment upto l5days in advance to avoid last minute delays particularly in case of group bookings.
d.Part of the day is considered as a full day for the purpose of issuing tickets for admission.
e.Once a Visitor to the Park comes out of the Park, he/she (unless a term membership card-holder) has to purchase a fresh ticket for every re-entry.
f.The Management reserves the right of admission in certain events/cases in the larger interests of the safety of installation and its Visitors.
g.The tickets/counterfoils etc. have to be retained and produced by the Visitor/s while claiming prizes etc announced by the Management from time to time through draws etc.
h.The ticket entails the Visitor only for entry into and use of all the facilities within the Park other than those specific services/facilities/games/event which are separately charged for, if the Visitor wishes to use/take advantage of such facilities/games/events etc separate payments are to be made in addition to the entry ticket fee.

4.Payments:
i.All payments due to the Park are to be made in cash at the specified counter.
ii.Individuals/groups/families and corporate members who have entered into term contracts with the Management have to pay the dues as specified in their respective contracts.
iii.Major credit cards are accepted, but the Visitors are advised to check beforehand the acceptability of any particular credit card they wish to use.
iv.Visitors holding foreign passports may pay in foreign exchange at the exchange rates displayed on the notice board.

5.Parking:
While the Management accepts no liability to provide protected parking place for every Visitors vehicle, reasonable parking facilities for use by Visitors for their vehicles is provided at the area specifically marked for the purpose. Parking is strictly at owner's risk.
i.A parking fee depending upon the class and nature of the vehicle is to be paid and a numbered token obtained. The vehicle will be allowed to be withdrawn from the parking lot against surrender of their token. The token is valid only for the date of issue.
ii.Every fresh entry into the parking lot requires a fresh payment and token.
iii.The Management is not liable for any damage caused while parking or withdrawing the vehicle from the parking lot.

6.Code of conduct within the Park:
Please respect and treat every facility with utmost care and caution. Please remember that these facilities are provided to be enjoyed by every visitor who wishes to use them. Please respect the rights of others to peaceful and safe enjoyment of all the facilities in the Park.
i.All the Visitors are required to conduct themselves with quiet dignity and proper decorum inside the Park towards which they are advised to refrain from behaving indecently, riotously, disruptively or offensively. In the matter of what is an acceptable behaviour inside the Park, the decision of the Management is final and cannot be questioned.
ii.Please follow the appropriate dress code not only to take maximum advantage of the facilities provided but also to avoid offending the sensibilities of the people around you particularly ladies, children and the aged.
iii.If, in the sole opinion of the Management, any Visitor is discovered to have had, or is suffering from, any communicable and/or contagious disease, skin or other visible disorders, the management may require such a Visitor to withdraw from the Park instantly.
iv.If, owing to carelessness or willful conduct of a Visitor, the facilities/equipments/environment is damaged/destroyed whether in full or in part, such conduct may require the withdrawal of such Visitor instantly, at the discretion of the Management. Further such Visitors render themselves liable to make good the loss attributable to such misconduct, in addition to prosecution.
v.The Visitors are advised in the interest of the health and hygiene of all concerned, not to discharge bodily wastes in areas not specifically assigned for the purpose such as water bodies, lawns etc.
vi.No eatables or drinks of any description (other than infant food/ essential medication/life saving drugs) may be brought into the Park and no littering of non bio- degradable materials etc., of any description is allowed inside the park.
vii.Consumption of alcohol and prohibited drugs within the Park is strictly prohibited. Any one found to be violating this rule and is found in an inebriated condition or under the influence of such substances will be asked to with draw from the Park premises immediately.
viii.Smoking is not only a health hazard but also a fire risk. If you must smoke, please use designated areas and carefully extinguish the butts in the bins provided. (Smoking strictly prohibited in Water Park Area, Children's Park Area etc.)
ix.Visitors are prohibited from bringing pets into the Park.
x.Carrying/possessing of weapons/contraband explosives etc inside the Park premises is a punishable offence.
xi.In the event the Management requires a Visitor to withdraw from the Park for the reasons enumerated above, no refund of admission fees or other compensation is allowed.
xii.Visitors who notice behavior from a fellow visitor/group that appears to him/her to be objectionable, shall report such behaviour to the authorised representative of the Management, in writing if required, for redressal by the latter and should not take up the matter with the other Visitors directly so as to avoid any unpleasant/confrontative situations. Visitor/s who wish to make suggestions or register complaints could make use of the suggestion/complaint register kept at the designated place at the main entrance.
xiii.Please draw the attention of the Management to any suspicious objects found in thePark premises.
xiv.Please hand over items/objects/valuables found in thePark premises to the 'lost and found'counter at thePark.

7.Special attention:
Special attention is required to be paid to infants, small children, very seniorcitizens and handicapped persons.
i.Infants and small children have to be accompanied by responsible adults and are to be constantly supervised by the latter. If any special care is required to be organised by the Management for the benefit of such people, the same is subject to availability of such service and upon appropriate, prescribed charges/fees being paid.
ii.The Management has made special toilets, wheelchair, tracks and such other facilities for use by handicapped/old aged visitors wherever possible. Kindly make use of them.

8.Medical aid:
While all precautions and care are taken to ensure that all the facilities provided for in the park are designed, erected and maintained to highest international standards, the Visitors may on rare occasions, require medical attention. First aid and doctor on call are amongst the facilities provided for in the Park purely at the discretion of the Management. The fact that these services are provided for, does not imply that the Management accepts any liabilities arising out of injuries, loss of life or limbs or other damages sustained by Visitorls either to themselves or to their property while using facilities or otherwise being in the Park. It is the exclusive responsibility of the visitors that they do not suffer from any disabilities or health conditions that do not facilitate their making use of all facilities provided for in the park.
i.Visitors are well advised to get appropriate and adequate insurance cover as is desired and ensure that they do not violate any conditions imposed by the insurer.

9.Safety of valuables:
The Visitors are adequately cautioned against carrying unusual amount of cash/jewellery and valuables inside the Park.
i.Visitors can make use of the locker facilities provided at the Park against specified rentals and security deposit. These are specifically provided for the convenience of the visitors to be used at their own risk.The management is in no way responsibie for the items/valuables kept in the lockers. The security deposit is liable to be forfeited in the event of loss of lockerkey/damage to the locker.

10.Photography/Videography:
Photography-both stills and video by Visitor/s for their personal use is allowed within designated areas onpaying the prescribed fee for the same while entering the Park. The Visitors, however, shall not use such pictures/videos for commercial exploitation, publicity etc.
i.The Management periodically does take photographs/videographs in the Park for their promotionail display purposes.lf Visitors have any objection to appearing in such promotionail pictures are free to express their unwillingness to the Management and the latter promises to respect such wishes.

11.Other General Conditions:
The Visitors shall not enter restricted areas such as administrative, maintenance, engineering, laboratory blocks, kitchens, electrical installations etc in the interest of their own safety and that of others.
Before entering/otherwise using any facility please ensure that all the preparatory procedures such as a shower before entering the water bodies etc., are strictly followed.

12.Force majeure:
These rules & regulations are subject to the usual force majeure clause with respect to civil commotion, strike and riots, natural calamities, major breakdowns, accidents, passing away of the national leaders etc.

13.Exclusions:
There cannot be a presumption that any thing that is not specifically mentioned here is avaiiable to the undue advantage of the Visitorls.

14.Jurisdictions:
ln the unlikely event of a dispute which cannot be solved amicably between the Management and the Visitor/s, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Management and further subject to the jurisdiction of Mysore courts in the state of Karnataka.

15.Please Note:
Buying of a ticket or entering into term cantract with the Management with a view to use the facilities by self or nominees presupposes that the relationship so construed between the Management and the Contracting Party/Visitors user implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in toto.
i.The Management reserves the right to revise/alter/change/delete from/add to the these terms & conditions and such changes will come into effect from the moment they are displayed on Notice Boards in the park premises for public information.
